What we do
TailsTap lets pet owners discover local, vetted service providers, book and pay for appointments online, and manage their pets' care in one place. Providers get a storefront, a booking calendar, booking management tools and payouts. Card payments are processed securely by our regulated payment partner — the booking amount is held in escrow and released to the provider after the service has been delivered.

Independent pet-care businesses, approved by our team after identity and document checks. TailsTap takes no per-booking commission — providers pay a monthly subscription instead. Learn more.
How a booking works
A customer chooses a service and time slot from a provider's profile.
The customer pays online at checkout — funds are captured and held in escrow.
The provider delivers the service and marks the booking complete.
After the dispute window closes, the full service price is released to the provider. If a booking is cancelled in time or a dispute is upheld, the customer is refunded in line with our Refund Policy.
