A UK multi-vendor marketplace connecting pet owners with verified pet-care providers — dog walkers, groomers, sitters and trainers.

What we do

TailsTap lets pet owners discover local, vetted service providers, book and pay for appointments online, and manage their pets' care in one place. Providers get a storefront, a booking calendar, booking management tools and payouts. Card payments are processed securely by our regulated payment partner. The booking amount is captured at checkout and held in escrow, then released to the provider after the service has been delivered.

How a transaction works

  1. A customer chooses a service and time slot from a provider's profile.
  2. The customer pays online at checkout — funds are captured and held in escrow.
  3. The provider delivers the service and marks the booking complete.
  4. After the dispute window closes, the full service price is released to the provider's account. TailsTap does not take a per-booking commission — providers pay a monthly subscription fee instead.
  5. If a booking is cancelled in time or a dispute is upheld, the customer is refunded in line with our Refund Policy.
